Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel consulting services in accordance with the terms specified in their individual service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Adventure Consulting.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the terms of the specific service agreement:

  • Project-Based Services: Refunds may be available for unused portions of prepaid services, subject to the terms of the service agreement and any work already completed.
  • Retainer Services: Unused retainer amounts may be refunded at the end of the service period, subject to the terms of the retainer agreement.
  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered are generally not eligible for refunds, except as required by law or as specified in the service agreement.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written refund request to Adventure Consulting via email or mail
  2. Include your service agreement reference number and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Custom work or deliverables that have been provided to the client
  • Administrative fees or setup costs, if specified in the service agreement

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to working with clients to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
