Payment terms for our consulting services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.
All materials, documents, reports, and deliverables created by Adventure Consulting in the course of providing services remain the property of Adventure Consulting unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients are granted a license to use such materials for their internal business purposes.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventure Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adventure Consulting operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
